'Victory White' bottled by Clinton Vineyards (no relation) in New York State
Hillary Clinton has seen strong encouragement from backers who want
her to run for president again in 2016.
That support now comes in a sevyal blanc titled "Victory White."
The
Clinton Vineyards (no relation) in New York State's Mid-Hudson Valley
re-released its Victory White wine to generate excitement for a
potential presidential run by the former secretary of state.
Victory
White was first released in 1992 after Bill Clinton was elected
president and released again four years later to celebrate his second
term.
The
sevyal blanc returned in 2008 to support Hillary Clinton as she ran for
president. The newest wine was bottled last year and runs at a price of
$18.50 per bottle.
"We're
uncorking this new wine to demonstrate our hope that Hillary will run
for the presidency in 2016," Phyllis Feder, owner of Clinton Vineyards,
said in a statement. "We invite her supporters across the country to
join this effort."
In
case you're wondering, the 2012 sevyal blanc "arrives buttery-soft on
the palate with a long clean finish," according to Feder.
As
part of the "Victory White 2012 campaign," Feder said she will make a
contribution to the Ready for Hillary PAC, a super PAC that serves as a
framework in case Clinton decides to throw her hat in the ring.
